While we hope you love every purchase from Keller James, we know that sometimes it just doesn't work out. Here's the scoop on how returns/exchanges work with us...

At this time, we will only offer store credit or exchange for items within 14 days. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us upon receipt so we can solve that problem promptly. All items must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn in order for us to approve the return. Store credits will be sent via email. Please reach out with any questions about a return.

All jewelry and marked down items are a final sale.
